        • Q How can I confirm fitment for my car?

          A Before purchasing, please inform us of the model and the photo of the steering wheel. We will directly match the steering wheel that suits your needs with the leather, genuine carbon fiber, Alcantara, LED and shift paddles that are suitable for you.

        • Q Does it include the AB, buttons, or paddles?

          A We can offer the entire steering wheel assembly, including AB, shift paddles, multi-function buttons, carbon fiber trim panels, as well as products with heating, vibration, and ACC functions, which can be perfectly compatible. We hope to provide customers with a plug-and-play steering wheel, minimizing the need for assembly by the customers. We can also provide the bare steering wheel disc, allowing customers to install their original accessories themselves.

        • Q The steering wheel is a large and fragile item. How will you package it?

          A We use custom high-density thickened foam boxes (Form-fitting foam), and wrap the carbon fiber parts with multiple layers of pearl cotton. The outermost layer is sealed with 5 layers of corrugated cardboard to ensure no damage during international long-distance transportation (air freight/sea freight).

        • Q OEM Core vs. Aftermarket Frame

          A For the highest level of safety performance, we strongly recommend using the original factory frame (OEM Core) that has been undamagedly disassembled for re-covering and carbon fiber processing. This ensures that in extreme situations, the structural strength of the steering wheel and the angle of AB deployment are exactly the same as those of the original factory product.

        • Q Do you support single-piece customization? What's the lead time?

          A We accept orders starting from 1 piece (Minimum Order Quantity: 1). The customization period usually ranges from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the complexity (such as whether an LED screen is included). Generally, we will dispatch all the products and conduct tests within about 5 days. If you need to purchase in large quantities, we also have exclusive purchasing discounts. You can contact our customer service for a larger discount.

        • Q Is it real carbon fiber or just a sticker/wrap?

          A We use high-quality imported true carbon fiber material, which features high temperature resistance, no fading and no yellowing. Moreover, the leather and Alcantara materials used for the steering wheel are of the highest quality, ensuring that customers receive the best quality and the best value-for-money products.We offer gloss (Glossy), matte (Matte) finishes, as well as a more textured forged carbon fiber (Forged Carbon). The matte finish is more subtle and less likely to leave fingerprints

        • Q Is installation difficult? Do I need a professional?

          A Most steering wheels are plug-and-play. If customers request features such as heating, vibration, and ACC, we will assist them in assembling it and conduct computer tests to ensure there are no issues before delivering the product. For products that require installation by the customer, we will provide videos or installation drawings to help them install and assemble it themselves.

        • Q Will original heating or vibration functions still work?

          A Heating, vibration and ACC require specific wiring harnesses and modules. If these functions need to be retained, it must be clearly stated during customization, and usually additional fees will be incurred. Before shipment, we will assemble the product. After receiving the product, it can be plugged in and used immediately.

        • Q Do you accept returns?
