Installed, modified or scratched custom items are non‑returnable. Buyer covers shipping cost for non‑defective returns. If the conditions for return and refund are met, once returned goods are received & inspected, refund will be processed to original payment method within 7 business days; the refund typically takes 7 business days to arrive.
