We can also provide the bare steering wheel disc, allowing customers to install their original accessories themselves.

A We use custom high-density thickened foam boxes (Form-fitting foam), and wrap the carbon fiber parts with multiple layers of pearl cotton. The outermost layer is sealed with 5 layers of corrugated cardboard to ensure no damage during international long-distance transportation (air freight/sea freight).

A For the highest level of safety performance, we strongly recommend using the original factory frame (OEM Core) that has been undamagedly disassembled for re-covering and carbon fiber processing. This ensures that in extreme situations, the structural strength of the steering wheel and the angle of AB deployment are exactly the same as those of the original factory product.

The customization period usually ranges from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the complexity (such as whether an LED screen is included). A Most steering wheels are plug-and-play. If customers request features such as heating, vibration, and ACC, we will assist them in assembling it and conduct computer tests to ensure there are no issues before delivering the product. For products that require installation by the customer, we will provide videos or installation drawings to help them install and assemble it themselves.

A Heating, vibration and ACC require specific wiring harnesses and modules. If these functions need to be retained, it must be clearly stated during customization, and usually additional fees will be incurred. Before shipment, we will assemble the product. After receiving the product, it can be plugged in and used immediately.
